Obama announces changes to credit cards and readers

Speaking at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on Friday, President Obama announced the launching of a chip and PIN system called “Buy Secure.” Starting in 2015, Obama said credit cards and credit card readers that the government issues would have a microchip in the card as well as a PIN.
