🚨 EXPOSED: An Australian government censor just tried to silence a Canadian activist on an American platform—worldwide. She LOST.
Now she’s been named by the U.S. Congress as part of the global censorship cartel.
Her name? Julie Inman Grant.
Julie Inman Grant is not just some rogue rando.
She’s @tweetinjules, Australia’s eSafety Commissioner aka the “eKaren” as conservatives Down Under call her.
And she just got SLAPPED DOWN by an Aussie judicial tribunal for unlawfully censoring Canadian @BillboardChris.
What was the crime which got @BillboardChris censored in the first place?
He posted a @DailyMailAU article exposing a trans appointee to the WHO and added this:
“This is who Australia’s eSafety Commissioner says must be protected from criticism.”
That’s it.
It for that thought crime by @BillboardChris that @tweetinjules and her @eSafetyOffice ordered @elonmusk’s @X to delete the post globally.
Not in Australia. Globally.
An Australian government official tried to erase a foreign citizen’s opinion from the internet.
But yesterday, Australia’s Administrative Review Tribunal nuked the @eSafetyOffice order.
It ruled the takedown unlawful.
Because the @BillboardChris post did not contain threats or abuse. Just facts.
But here’s the thing…
This wasn’t a one-off from @tweetinjules.
Julie Inman Grant oversaw Twitter’s so-called “safety program” for Australia and South East Asia when “safety” was code for censorship, as exposed in the #TwitterFiles.
Now she’s turned that censorship playbook into government policy backed by $7 million a day fines.
Here’s the facts:
@tweetinjules censored political speech.
She censored videos of real-world events.
She tried to force @ProtonPrivacy, @Apple & @signalapp to scan private messages.
She even wants to ban under-16s from @YouTube.
What does an age ban on @YouTube mean?
Well, to watch a video of @TheWiggles or @MrBeast, you’ll probably need to upload your official government ID (Digital ID!) or let the platform scan your face.
No exceptions.
This is mass surveillance… justified with “safety.”
If it’s about child safety, why hasn’t @tweetinjules raised age verification for @Pornhub & the like with the Australian gov’t?
Interestingly, with @YouTube she says the autoplay function sends kids down “rabbit holes.” Does she just want to protect them from wrongthink?
Are the “rabbit holes” @tweetinjules speaks of the ones like @joerogan’s podcasts? @jordanbpeterson’s interviews? Or @rustyrockets’ monologues?
Because when the Left says “rabbit hole,” they mean anyone outside their orthodoxy.
Remember the livestreamed church stabbing of @Bishop_Mar_Mari in Sydney?
She ordered every clip wiped from the net worldwide.
When @X only geo-blocked it for Australia, she tried to get a court injunction to get it taken down globally.
She lost again.
In that case, the judge said that the @eSafetyOffice demands were “not reasonable or proportionate.”
In plain English: @tweetinjules wanted to set a legal precedent allowing the Australian government to censor anyone or anything on any platform, anywhere in the world.
That’s not safety. That’s digital dictatorship.
The @JudiciaryGOP and the US House Judiciary Committee just named @tweetinjules in a report called “Exporting Censorship.”
They exposed her emails calling @GOP wins “soul-destroying.”
So much for neutrality. That’s clearly partisan.
The @JudiciaryGOP report also showed @tweetinjules openly coordinated with left-wing activists to shape government policy.
In one email she wrote she would be “grateful” if GARM shared information so she could take it into account in her “regulatory decisions.”
Think about that: An Australian government official using a leftist censorship cartel to try and shape Australian law.
Now that’s “foreign interference.”
@elonmusk — this is what you’re up against. 👀
The @eSafetyOffice has already issued multiple unlawful takedowns.
How many other takedown orders have gone unchallenged that weren’t actually lawful?
How many voices were silenced forever because platforms like @X and @Meta feared $7 million a day fines?
This is the Australian blueprint for censorship:
❌ Stretch the law
❌Bend definitions
❌ Collude with leftist NGOs
❌ Threaten social media platforms
❌ Delete dissent
And call it “safety.”
This isn’t left vs right.
It’s liberty vs tyranny.
Do YOU want your speech erased by bureaucrats who thinks @joerogan podcasts are dangerous but won’t touch porn sites?
The line must be drawn.
